Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of Hookjury, provided by [Company name ApS], [CVR number], [Street, postcode, city, Denmark]. By using Hookjury on behalf of your organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

The service

Hookjury tests campaign material on simulated focus groups and forecasts how it may perform. Results are predictions based on models and data, not guarantees of real-world performance, and should be used as one input to your decisions.

Your material and data

You keep all rights to the material you upload and the data you connect. You give us the right to process it only to provide Hookjury to you. You confirm that you have the right to upload the material and to connect the accounts you connect.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance, excluding VAT. Each plan includes a number of videos and focus bots per video each month; unused videos don't carry over. You can change or cancel your plan to take effect from the next billing period. Enterprise terms are agreed separately.

Acceptable use

Don't upload material you don't have the rights to, unlawful content, or personal data about individuals beyond what appears in the ads themselves. Don't try to access other customers' data or disrupt the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Hookjury available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue or media spend.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at the end of any billing period. We delete your material and synced data within 30 days of the agreement ending, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Law and contact
