Privacy policy
Last updated 3 November 2026
This policy explains how [Company name ApS] (“Hookjury”, “we”), [CVR number], [Street, postcode, city, Denmark], collects and uses personal data when you visit our website or use the Hookjury platform. We are the data controller for the data described here. Questions: hello@hookjury.com.
What we collect
- Demo requests: name, work email, company, role and anything you write in the form.
- Account data: name, email and the organisation you belong to, so you can sign in.
- Campaign material: videos, images, scripts and ad copy you upload for testing, and the results we produce.
- Connected ad and analytics accounts: if your organisation connects Meta Ads, Google Ads or Google Analytics 4, we read your ads, their creative text and performance figures (such as impressions, clicks, spend and conversions), audience breakdowns by age, gender and region, and campaign-level site traffic. These are aggregated figures, not data about individual people. We never post, edit or spend anything on your accounts.
- Technical data: a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
Why we use it
- To arrange demos and reply to you (legitimate interest).
- To provide the platform: run tests, calibrate forecasts on your own data and show results (contract).
- To keep the service secure and working (legitimate interest).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your material or connected data to train AI models or to serve other customers.
Data from Meta and Google
Data from Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 is only used to provide Hookjury to the organisation that connected it: to calibrate its forecasts and inform its recommendations. Access tokens are encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time on the Data sources page, which deletes the token and all data synced from that account.
Hookjury's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in.
- Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini): analysis of campaign material through their business APIs, which don't use it to train models.
- Our hosting provider: running the website and platform.
Some of these providers are based outside the EU/EEA. Where data leaves the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
- Demo requests: up to 12 months, unless you become a customer.
- Account data, material and results: while your organisation is a customer, and up to 30 days after.
- Data from connected accounts: until it is disconnected or the account is closed.
Deleting your data
To delete data from a connected Meta or Google account, disconnect it on the Data sources page, or remove Hookjury in your Meta Business settings or Google account permissions. To delete anything else, email hello@hookjury.com and we'll do it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, object to our use of it, or restrict it. Write to hello@hookjury.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
